Mr. Snook has extensive experience and over 11 years as an entrepreneur in the direct sales, coaching, seminar and fitness industries. As an owner of multiple businesses and sales organizations worldwide, Mr. Snook’s responsibilities have included strategic planning and business plan development, financial management and executive oversight responsibilities. He has developed strong competencies in arranging for accounting, legal, and banking relationships and most recently has worked in the private equity and leverage buyouts for multiple companies within the industries of fitness and coaching. He was recently selected as a member of the “Cambridge Who’s Who” list for 2006/2007 for his Outstanding Executive Achievement in the field of Lifestyle and Business Coaching.

Mr. Snook is a sought after key-note speaker and seminar leader and has spoken to management, employees, and students from companies like Wells Fargo, San Diego City Schools, Lifetime Fitness, 24-hour fitness, Golds Gym, Via Viente, Burnlounge Entertainment, Inc., Spa MD, San Diego State University, The Fit Expo, Ironman Magazine, Legacy Performance Solutions, Life Success Publishing, Intero Real Estate Services, and Orpheus Soundstation Entertainment. He is an Expert Sales Coach for Sellmasters, Inc and Life Success Productions whose clients included several Inc. 500 and Fortune 1000 companies across North America, Japan, and Asia, and Australia.

His most recent book Wealth Matters…Abundance is your birthright; hit best-selling status prior to its release date July 31, 2007. He is also the co-author of Personal Trainer’s Burnout: How to transform frustration to fortune, and the Burnout Books franchise, which has a series of written and audio book programs that teach entrepreneurial thinking to people of multiple walks of life and in multiple industries. He and his wife Brianne have been published in Health & Beauty Magazine, San Diego Business Journal, Ranch and Coast Magazine, and Women’s Tri-Fitness Magazine on a recurring basis, and featured on KGTV 10 on multiple occasions for their expert insight into health related market trends and fitness issues. In January 2007, Mr. Snook was interviewed by Fitness Business Radio (www.fitnessbusinessradio.com) a national radio show tracking trends and business principles for entrepreneurs, and executives in the fitness industry.

Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Mr. Snook worked as a Health Educator and seminar leader for San Diego State University. He combined behavioral modification, nutrition, and fitness to provide seminar content and workshops for students, faculty, and staff. Mr. Snook holds a B.S. degree from West Chester University in Exercise Physiology and was certified by the N.S.C.A. as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 1998. He did his graduate work in Exercise Physiology at San Diego State University where he also completed his M.S.B.A. in Entrepreneurship.

Brenda Collins, Vice President of Coaching at de»fine will develop and spearhead the club’s business and life coaching components for those members who want to enrich their lives beyond the physical. Brenda is a certified LifeSuccess Consultant who specializes in helping people recognize and utilize the greatness they possess within themselves, so they too can live rich and abundant lives. Personally trained by Bob Proctor and Paul Martinelli to teach the best-selling personal development programs You Were Born Rich, Goal Achiever, Winner’s Image, Success Puzzle, and Mission in Commission, Brenda is dedicated to helping members manifest the results they truly want in their lives by changing their thought patterns and utilizing the natural laws of the universe.

Brenda draws on her experience as past president of the Career Builders Toastmasters Club to help people access their hidden reservoirs of talent and potential. A Mission Valley resident, she holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and enjoys exploring the arts and cuisine of San Diego.
