How’s the parking?

Parking is easy at the club for those residents who don’t live downtown.  We have plenty of metered parking spaces directly in front of the club or at the MTS/ACE parking structure.  Many of our members walk from their offices and condos as part of their warm-up.

Do you have lockers and towel service?

We have an ample number of free day-use lockers, and we offer a FREE towel service for those needing a shower size towel. Small workout towels are free and are available at the Gateway Concierge Desk.  We ask that whether it be one of ours that you borrow or your own towel that each member uses a towel during their workout to keep our equipment sweat free for the next member.

Do I have to have a card to check-in?

We will issue you a membership card that makes checking in much easier and faster, but if you forget your card simply stop by the desk and use our fingerprint scanner and we will make sure you get to your workout efficiently.

Do I have to register for group classes?

Some of our most popular classes, such as Interval BlastTM, are limited to a certain number of students. We do not accept advanced registrations, but we do offer a simple system that will hold your place in class once you arrive at the club.

Can I book training or other club activities by phone?

Almost everything we offer, beyond those things included as part of everyone’s base membership, such as Gravity, etc., can be booked by calling the front desk at 619.704.0257 or 888.429.2702.

How do I bring a guest?

Guests are always welcome at the club. If your guest lives in the club’s marketing area and qualifies for our trial membership, we will be happy to extend the courtesy. If your guest is from out of our club’s area we offer a 50% discount off of our day-member daily drop-in fee for your friends or relatives.  Guests of members pay a $12 ($25 dollars to day-members) entry fee and receive member a la carte pricing on Gravity.  Day memberships for member guests and non-member guests alike are good for 24 hours from the time of entry.

Can I make my payments for my membership at the club?

If you are on any type of membership plan or upgraded plan, we cannot accept payments for those at the club. Money for retail services rendered within the club can be paid at the Gateway Concierge Desk.  ASF Financial Services, a company that specializes in helping clubs service their memberships, is our company of choice and handles all membership payments for us.
