de»fine wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Every item is personally inspected to assure top quality before it is shipped. If you receive a product that is damaged upon receipt, we will gladly replace it provided the following conditions are met:
» Product is returned within 7 days of receipt. NO packages will be accepted after that time period has ended. Please return all packages via UPS or USPS insured Parcel Post. These methods allow for tracking and compensation if the package is lost or damaged. de»fine will not be responsible for packages that are shipped by other methods. You must E-mail de»fine with the tracking number upon shipment.
» The product has not been used. No exchanges will be given for products that have been used or damaged as a result of customer misuse.
» Product must be returned in its original packaging, and the packaging must not be damaged.
» You are responsible for the cost of returning the package to us. Items must be shipped to: define, 1133 Sixth Ave., Suite 211, San Diego, CA 92101.
